Corruption is the authority to issue troubling, difficult and grab people. Corruption is the abuse of power to steal public. Corruption is an inevitable consequence of poor economic development, economic management social loose, weak creates loopholes for negative behavior, corruption and bad victims have developed conditions and in which part of the political power be turned into economic power. Corruption slow economic growth and social, reduce the confidence of citizens in the state, to the extent that it destabilized the political, economic social.

Natural Disasters

Natural disaster is an effect of natural disasters (floods, volcanic eruption, earthquake, or landslide) can affect the environment, and lead to financial losses environmental and human.

There are many reasons for natural disasters between human and natural: the main reason is climate change, flood ( heavy rain ), forest fires,seismic activities, snow and land avalanches, volcano eruption , heavy colds.

In the other hand, there are some effects of natural disaster : 

First,the production of farmers: Direct impact on productivity, output of most industrial crops: coffee, rubber, pepper. Affect the growth of plants, decrease resistance, increasing the possibility arises of disease, improve crops wither, die and reduce productivity and product quality. Second, livestock sector: changing the reproductive habits of animals, increased risk of disease and the ability to spread and cause great damage, reduced animal performance, destroying or damaging livestock pens,forestry: reducing forest land, forest structure and quality of forests, increase the risk of forest fires. Fisheries:industry trade, services, industry: input materials, product quality, industrial infrastructure go down.

Vietnam is next to China , China have the deaths fourth in top 10 the world so I think we have to worry about us right now too, I need to have some solutions for it.

- We should save water and use water wisely to prevent Natural Disaster.

- Plants more trees.

- Increase knowledge, awareness and skills of employees in the business of prevention and mitigation and disaster recovery risks.

Drinking water or clean water

Drinking water or clean water is the water pure enough for human or animals, plants can drink, consume, and absorb or little risk of harm immediate or long time after. In most developed countries, water is supplied to households; commercial activities and industry are all drinking water standards of hygiene (usually mean water, soft drinks, water filter), even only very small percent are actually consumed or used in food processing or bathing or irrigation car washing. So I think water is an important criterion to judge prices on quality of life.

Some solutions to have cleaning water

- I think we should fin water, boil water.

- We need to enhance communication to raise awareness in the people. Importantly, apply law closely to forcing some businesses from minimum standard for pollution problems.

Finally, I can protect cleaning water by don't through garbage into water, don't waste water.

DEFORESTATION-ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

I think although it is a common phenomenon in most sections of the world, but deforestation was treated in many different ways.Deforestation is the conversion or change of land cover from forest to other states. Deforestation is a term that describes the complete change in land use from forest to agriculture, including the cultivation and grazing, or urban use. It does not include forests have been exploited and to regenerate. Deforestation meaning destruction or loss of vegetation from complete loss or permanent vegetation to small changes in the ecological components.

Deforestation effect to animals : Loss of Species ( Wildlife extinction ) :In my research , they told " Seventy percent of the world’s plants and animals live in forests and are losing their habitats to deforestation " . That is not only bad for biodiversity tragedy, but also have negative results for medicinal research and local populations , people who rely on the animals and plants in the forest for hunting.

Deforestation also effect to natural : Soil Erosion :" Without tree roots to anchor the soil and with increased exposure to sun, the soil can dry out" That will be more problems like increased flooding and inability.

Deforestation also effect to human : life quality :"Soil erosion can also lead to silt entering the lakes, streams, and other water sources." This can be increase poor health in the overpopulation, decrease water quality

So all of these factor can have adverse effects on local economies. Increased flooding, lack of quality water, and inability to produce their own food causes many locals migrate to cities that lack infrastructure for them.

The solutions for deforestation :

-Educate the local community.

-Based on educational programs from the high school level or higher for the rest of higher education. Can increase the number of lessons for those where ethnic minorities.

-The end of free migration - Cell indiscriminate cultivation has existed for decades by closely managing the specialized ethnic nomadic life position ever in the locality.-Must be firmly put back from where all those free cell cultivation with funds taken from the state budget.-Citation (merit, bonus ...), restoration work and ministry to those who have the courage to stand up to denounce those indiscriminate deforestation.

I could do to change it are : I will teach others people about the important and how they could help save rainforests. I will encourage people to live in the way that not hurt the environment. I will establish park to protect rainforests and wildlife.
