Global Risks Report

Nowadays, globalization is creating many certain advantages and we can sum up such as some points below:-It has ability to develop, to generalize information technology, vehicle telecom.

- It pushes the development of economy, commercial and create feasibility of objective economic laws in a vast global space.

- It created opportunities for cultural exchange and spacious thoughts, makes people more closely together.

- Finally, globalization offers the potential to solve some common problems faced with the economic and social development.

Besides these advantages, globalization is posting for the countries in the world, especially developing country challenges and enormous risks :

In terms of social, most countries are faced with common problems in the development of national economy, such as ecological problems, environmental pollution and resource depletion, population issues and public health, the rich-poor gap, social evils and international crime.

Politically, it is often referred to the serious challenges of globalization on national sovereignty. That is explained by the impact of the economic to the political. The economic integration will lead to increased political integration. With that logic, people talk about the weakening of the nation-state model. In the context of the current globalization, people often talk about the interdependence of the nation rather than referring to the complete independence of those countries.

According to the infographic above, it shows the least prepared risk in each region. In Africa, the least prepared risk are about unemployment or under employment, failure of urban planning and food crises. In our region - South Asia, the least prepared risk are failure of urban planning, terrorist attacks, and water crises. This infographic shows us the least prepared risk so we have a better preparation in the future.

According to the infographic, India is the country have most global risks of highest concern for doing business. For example, failure of major financial mechanism or institution, liquidity crises, and profound political and social instability. We all know that some cities in India lack of water, and many people died because of that reason. This infographic wants to help us to see which country need helps.

According to the infographic above, we can see that energy price shock increase each day and that's mean energy is very rarely now. the failure of financial and critical is increasing also but the fiscal crises and unemployment or under employment is down. 

We can see that all the three infographic show us that we are in the risk even small or large, so we should ready and have a better preparation in the future. and the country who has least prepared is in the high global risk like Africa. 

Motivation

Whenever I think about the word "success", I do not know why I always envision about the image airplane. At the beginning, the airplane is running on the runway ready to take off is always heaviest and most difficult; however, when they took off in the middle , it seems there is a sudden change, it flew into the air with a completion rate very different.

I am a generation 9x, was once a girl living in the slums, where bustling with markets, with action footage of gore is lifelike. And I also grew up "without mom and dad" as a lot of orphaned people out there. But you know what? I am a student in the international school - not a lament, nor that I show off at all. I just wanna share for you to know that your life will be better if you try hard. Okay, remember whether you ever done to boost your motivation, or in the other words you have to find where is your motivation to overcome a difficult, certain challenges in life. Let me guess, are you thinking about your dreams, your passions? Are you thinking about changing your life right now? Hmm... or are you thinking about your family? or your friends? A promise, is not it? Do not fool me, you're in love, right? A quote, is not it? What, a clip on Youtube? Hair cut? Well, there is a billions of thoughts and ways, but no matter what you say, I believe you all. However, the truth is "FLAME" falling very fast and you can not control it! Why? Because you are an usual person , not a genius IQ, there is no perfect life. And me too!

Are you an extrovert or introvert? You're the type of person family or work? You are the dreamer type or reality? You're the kind of people reason or emotion? You're the kind of people who dare to dream big or just a usual people? Are you a business or IT people, or you're a musician? 

So I mean it! You can not recommend an adventurer sit around game to solve problems. You also can not recommend a family type go to bar flirting. Generally, you can not apply their own way with other people. Everything you do is just a suggestion, and only temporary effect. Yourself, too, though in certain circumstances,do not hope to find the motivation to advice from somebody or from the view an article, or a clip.

Do you wonder why you have to get up every morning to go to work? The reason you have to do is monthly basis you should have some money to spend on something. Usually something has to be satisfied, people are no longer interested in it anymore, if there continues to do without the excitement, it means that all motivation. When you have less motivation, the engine will not work as well. If you do something that is of great goals, challenges and to assert themselves or satisfy themselves, it will give you the motivation restless and thereby help you to always work an innovative and effective way.

I would like to apply the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs because it's easy to understand from the basic to advanced.  I think motivation ignorance is important , for example, you doubt your husband has girl friend but does not check his phone, or you may think that you feel pain in your stomach but does not go to hospital. People easily to affect or dying in motivated ignorance when they avoid to learning potentially valuable information. Motivated ignorance can harmful to individual and social people, but sometimes it can based on conscious, like when knowledge can be result would be damage to human well being.

Pollution

Along with dizzying speed of social development, people are faced with problem created by themselves : POLLUTION.This word is very familiar to humans to the point, much as we see as self-evident and ignoring the destructive danger from it. You, me or the whole of our planet are suffering POLLUTION. The major forms of pollution include air pollution, water pollution and light pollution.

Firstly, AIR POLLUTION is the air quality reduced due to various reason such as gases, liquid droplets or small particles suspended in the air.

Based on my research, estimates every eight deaths, there is a case of cause-related air pollution. It has been estimated that when people breath the air in Beijing (China) during the day increases the rate of lung cancer is equivalent of smoking 21 cigarettes per day. In addition, more terrible in Mumbai(India) as the equivalent of smoking 100 cigarettes per day. However, air pollution of China also caused serious influence to the United States, which country far until 11,600 km away. Even in my country - Viet Nam, I also feel air pollution nowaday. The air temperature is more higher and smog is around two meters. You have to wear something like face mask, jacket to protect yourself. I also think I can die anytime if I breath air like that.

Secondly, beside the air, water is a essential thing for every single biodiversity.Water pollution is generally modified by humans for water quality, water contamination and endanger people, for industrial, agricultural, fish farming, leisure, entertainment, animals livestock and wildlife. Around the world, every eight seconds, a child dies of water pollution. This is a frightening figure, higher than any rate of any disease. In poor countries such as India, about 80% of municipal waste is dumped directly into the river Ganges. Also in rivers are considered sacred to Hindus, people live longer bury deceased relatives. So in India each day about 1,000 children dies related to water pollution. A developing countries like China also is not exception. There are about 700 millions Chinese people, corresponding to 50% of the country's population, currently have to use polluted water. The developing countries can not avoid effects of water pollution. Approximately 1/3 of the fish in the rivers in the UK are suffering gender transition process that is a major cause of water.

Last but not least, light pollution is also profound impact on the lives and health of people from the abuse of excessive lighting lamps in cities today. In fact, people are so abused in light from the electric light bulb. In the big cities, the street lights shone, incandescent light construction, advertising signs have created an invisible pollutant sources, an assassin directly affects people's health. In a world increasingly more modern, this form of pollution is impacting us silently.

Some solutions below, you have to do that everyday to protect environment nowaday:

-Walking, cycling, using the bus instead of motorbike or car.

- Find the ways to restrict the use of energy from firewood / charcoal or gas. Instead, we can learn to use solar energy.

- Positive plants

- Limit the use of the plastic bags.

conflict in oneself

What is conflict in oneself?
Based on the video I watched, conflict in oneself is a kind of philology. Nowadays, worldwide seems to be characterised by fragment and distraction. The borders between countries, cultures, hopes, and beliefs. The differences between our mind and bodies, nature and the objects. For example, when we are at work, we are thinking about next vacation destination and when we are on vacation, we are thinking about work as well. When we are eating while we are watching television, when we are sleeping, we are thinking about what will we do for tomorrow. When we are running, we're listening to the music in MP3 not to be disturbed by our own thought. Such as we isolate ourselves from the rest of people. The power of now

There are two ways of knowing : 1. Rational thinking (cause convect with effect), 2. Meditative thinking (give the sense of subject meaningful). Both ways are complementary and definitely necessary. Five of biggest industries are drugs, gambling, prostitution, defense and banking. All of these industries are either about materialism, protectionism.

Knowledge, talent, music, love and compassion don't allow themselves to be encage in this framework of ownership. We are fighting against the forces of nature.

Biodiversity

Biological diversity at the species level includes all the living organisms on Earth, from bacteria to plants, animals and fungi.

Biodiversity is considered on 3 levels:

2. At the population level of biodiversity include genetic differences between species, genetic differences between populations live isolated in geography as well as the difference between individuals living together in a community.
3. Biodiversity also includes the difference between the communities in which living species and ecosystems, where these species as well as existing biome and the differentiation of the relationship cooperation between them.

Biodiversity is a very important and necessary to us, each species have each important job as well as bring good things to us. For example, about vegetable has jobs of air exchange like they take cacbonic away and give oxygen for us to breath. In addition, about animal has jobs to supply food for us, then help to develop economic. Both of vegetable and animal is a necessary part of our lives. We can not live without fresh air and food. Therefore, I think we need to protect biodiversity as well as protect our live.

G7

G7 is group of seven gathers seven finance ministers of seven advanced industrial countries in the world :Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, and United States. At first, based on my research, they just Group of Six, founded in 1975, and include finance ministers and central bank governors from France, West Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. The goal is to discuss about problems in the world (mainly is the oil crisis) in directly but informal manner. Then after 1976, Canada joined in G6, therefore they are G7.

The good things they have done is they decided policy and steps about environment. 

The G7 has been criticized for their representational deficit. The G7 does not include the world's largest emerging economies such as Brazil, India and China. I think that it makes sense to have the world's largest economies guiding the rest of the world policies because easier to do if you have instructions or experience of first person and it's make you less mistake than first person.
China is a country developed very fast in thirty years recently, any presidents of other country with any economy analysis also get stunned and envious. In thirty years, China has achieve a double-digit growth, and from a poor country and stand on the brink of collapse before opening up, China has risen to become the second economic powerhouse in the world. However, China doesnt exist in G7 of most developed world, even development gap between China and other countries in G20 not so far. Indeed, if you take the criteria of a developed country - which is the goal of every country in the world - to assess, the way in which China should go there too long. A developing country is a country reaches a high level of development in all fields, not just in economic terms, and these sectors together in harmony. Thus, for the strategic planning leading developers, the development of China massively over time is how to develop a wholesale rather than a strategy, under which the purpose towards China's government is to achieve the highest growth rates and earn the most money, not looking to build the country's development methodically and scientifically.

The Use of Nuclear Energy

What is nuclear energy?

Nuclear energy is a type of nuclear technology designed to extract useful energy from the atomic nucleus through the nuclear reactor control .The only method currently used as nuclear fission, although other methods may include nuclear fusion and radioactive decay. Is it good or bad? Mostly I found they said it's bad. How about you after read this blog, tell me what are you thinking about nuclear energy. Should we keep it or just stop it. Therefore, I will discuss about bad or good of the use of nuclear energy.

Base on my research they said they are good because they create a large number of energy (Currently, there are about 10-15% of world electricity output generated by nuclear energy. With a kilogram of uranium-235 can produce a quantity of electrical energy equivalent of 1,500 tons of coal), green energy(Greenhouse gas emissions are a major threat to the environment, they cause global warming and climate change. Nuclear reaction does not generate emissions, should have very little impact on the environment.), do not pollute the air (Production of nuclear energy does not emit smoke. Therefore, it does not pollute the air directly), and independent fuel.

However, in the other hand, they said they are also bad because of radiant (If these safety measures are not guaranteed, the radiation exposure may lead to environmentally serious effects on ecosystems and humans), nonrenewable( This is a fuel can be exhausted. Its depletion could cause a serious problem. The reactor will be shut down, they will still occupy a large area of ​​land and pollute the environment), developing nuclear weapons (Nuclear weapons using fission, fusion, or a combination of both reactions for demolition purposes. It is a major threat to the world because they can cause a large-scale devastation. Their impact can affect many generations), huge construction costs (Need to 10-15 years to build a nuclear power plant is complete sansone. The construction of a nuclear power plant may not be feasible), nuclear waste (Radioactivity of these elements will decrease for a while, then decays. Therefore, it must be stored and handled carefully), accidents nuclear power plant(After the incident, a large amount of radiation was released into the environment, leading to the loss of people, nature and the land), and transporting fuel and waste(waste from nuclear production process even more dangerous and should be better protected)

Overall, there are more downside than the benefit side of the use of nuclear energy, but I still want nuclear energy still develop because our earth need it, especially much because nuclear energy is an economic solution, safe and clean energy source to ensure the sustainable development of satisfying demand for power is rising worldwide, and nuclear power can compete economically and will be more competitive when taking into account the environmental costs related to the damage caused by carbon emissions.

CLEAN WATER

Water is called the clean water when water ensure indicators such as pure water, no color, no odor, does not contain pathogens and toxic substances. There are many kind of scarcity but the most are economic water scarcity and physical scarcity. Now, water in Vietnam is very pollution, which is in economic water scarcity.

It's very dangerous, and there are many causes for pollution water but mostly is not ours fault because of the traditional culture like population growth like my family is three people now but maybe after many years we growth into five or seven and after my generation will have more, more and more. Next is the natural reason - climate change could result 15% less rain. Very last but not least, the law is legislation and resource management. Therefore, I hope we can find out some solutions for the bad things we had made. My very easy solutions is we have to use less, save more to save our planet, not only in our country but also around the world. So, if you can do that small things, just "small things", I bet you can help to save your life and your generation.

Based on my research, I found a technology turn dirty water into clean water in Israel. This machine can help save WATER and money, also. The maximum is save 400 litters/day, pretty helpfully, huh. The most place need it is Africa, I think. Each year, I read on newspaper saying that the children in Africa died because of lack of water and water pollution. So through here, I tell you what, please don't waste water, no not please, you have to do what I say because I know that you need it. Because if you lack of food, maybe around eight weeks if you enough water you will die, but if you lack of water, around no more than 1 day, absolutely, you will die.

Ocean Ecosystem

In Vietnam, nowadays, Marine ocean is polluted by waste from industrial activities , agriculture and aquaculture , domestic waste. Should sediment quality , seabed habitats of many species of benthic pollution and excessive prescribed by most of the international standards ... And should implement solutions to ensure uniform protection and sustainable development of this ecosystem.

In specific, 1943s Vietnam has over 408 500 hectares of mangroves , then by 2006s only 209,741 hectares of plantations and mostly new. Mangrove loss is the loss of spawning fish species , loss of habitat for migratory waterbirds, anti- alkaline chemistry, prevent erosion and limit the harmful effects of flooding, tidal intensity.

I found some solutions maybe it can work if the government more focus or I mean concentrate that a little bit. Just need a little bit maybe it can improve. Like strengthening the construction, improvement of legal system to the rational exploitation of natural resources and protecting the environment, promoting sustainable development of marine ocean. Overcoming pollution and serious environmental degradation and enhance the control and prevention of marine pollution sources. Finally, if someone try to harm the marine ocean they have to pay for it by laws of government.

And if you keep your marine ocean clean, everybody in the world will travel to your country. From that, the finance of your country will be rich and can shared for anybody especially to you.

GENDER EQUALITY

Gender equality is the male , female position , equal role , is to create conditions and opportunities to promote their capacities for the development of community , of family . Men and women have the right to equally enjoy all aspects of political , economic , cultural , social and family.

You can image the gender equality like the picture above. For solutions, I have four factor for that, that have to be solutions for all of us. Gender equality not for especially woman, I think it's for all of us, one word, human. First solution: strengthening advocacy, education, gender issues, gender equality in the family. See the implementation of gender equality is a long-term task and requires coordination of the whole society. Since then, every good sense of the issue of gender equality in the family. Responsibility for gender equality is not only the responsibility of each individual, which is the responsibility of each family and society; is an important foundation to build families "prosperity, equality, progress and happiness". Next solution: Creating favorable conditions for each woman and self-consciously strive, free themselves; constantly trying to improve their knowledge of learning to assert the role, for their place in the family and in society. Next solution: To promote scientific education in the school systems in the world (especially secondary schools), to help teenagers aware of gender issues and gender equality a fundamental and systematic; help them aware of their responsibilities in building a future marriage. Final solution: Improving literacy levels, strengthen the role of family and gender equality. Continue to improve the legal system for gender equality. Uncompromising struggle eliminate family violence. The family is the cell of society, each member of the family to be equal, mutual respect, the social justice and civilization.

To obtain sustainable gender equality in society must start from within each family. Good implementation of gender equality in the family are effective measures to build a prosperous society, equality, progress and happiness.
